My son just moved in for sophomore year at WVU. What a place! I want to live here! Nice apartments, clean grounds and common areas, workout room, rail trails and the river just outside the door. Staff is super helpful- even before moving in- and during move in. All kinds of goodies on move in weekend for parents and kids( water energy drinks, snacks, dishwasher detergents, shower curtains and rings, 🧻, and paper towels. State on campus has the friendliest employees at any apartment at WVU. I promise you will have more fun living here than anywhere else on campus. They have fun activities, free food, and free merch among other prizes. It is also one of the few apartments that don’t require you to walk up 73 massive hills. Good luck finding a sauna and gym as nice as state’s. If you go to wvu and don’t live at state you’re missing out.
State on Campus is the greatest apartment complex you could ask for. The front desk workers are super helpful and kind! They always have fun activities and the amenities are amazing! If you go to WVU, go State or go home.
