They stole my security deposit. They claimed I never paid one. Make sure you keep a copy of the bank statement to prove you did Edit: They did not resolve my issue and did not return any of my security deposit. They continue to claim I did not pay it
Move in was easy and streamlined. Staff is helpful and maintenance has been responsive for small requests that have come up. Rooms are nice, and we really liked the security measures that State has with the secure entry/parking garage. Signed for a second year - worth paying a little more for the convenience, amenities and the safety/security.
Just moved in and I love it here! Units are clean and well kept. Apartment is very safe, and everyone is really friendly. Amenities are great too and the staff has been wonderful. Would definitely recommend. :)
