My daughter lived at State all four years. First in a 2x2 and then a studio. We never had any issues. They were always quick to respond to maintenance requests and she always felt safe with the keyfob access. They always do a lot of little activities throughout the year. Bus stops right out front and downtown is walking distance. Parking garage was a plus. She loved it there and it was the best decision we could have made. She was actually a little sad when we moved her out!
