Today was my first chiropractic experience, and it was amazing! I felt better immediately. Dr. Kalina is very friendly, & professional! I was a bit nervous, but she explained every step of the adjustment to me in great detail. Now, I'm standing up straight again, and I feel like I'm three inches taller.
The best chiropractic experience I've ever had. I was feeling better within hours of leaving (Bad low back problems). She explains everything before she does it and why she is doing it. Plus she adds in muscle and ligament stretching so things don't just slip back into the place they were before the adjustment.
