I've used this company previously and always had great results when buying equipment for my small business and even recommending them to everyone in my trade looking for motors and controllers. When calling recently to ask some question for new equipment I need, the person on the phone was extremely rude when asked to clarify an ambiguous statement and then hung up the call. After this single interaction, I will take my business elsewhere. Best to just avoid these guys outright.

The put motors on their website, they dont have and when you call about it they are rude and unhelpful. Didnt even try to find an alternate solution. Sounds like a fun place to work.
