Technicians Aaron and Oday took the time to explain what they were seeing, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Stay away from this company. They came out for a fix when my furnace stopped working and Scott insisted it was my motherboard, didn’t test anything else just knew that’s what it was. He even commented it was strange it didn’t have any scorch marks or anything. He also commented to be careful bc my furnace would be $60k to replace (red flag as this is a brand new furnace installed for only $3k so what are you trying to do other than set up a scam?). State Heating & Air was assigned to home warranty claim for furnace. The tech (Ray) came out on Fri, Dec 12, 2025, advised cleaned furnace drain (advised he removed debris put them in the basement sink - regular bathroom, why put down a drain to clog and not a bucket). I wasn’t aware an error light on furnace until tech left. Immediately called to see if he could come back, had literally just left.
