Scott is totally unprofessional, demeaning, and rude. He lied to me, my home warranty company, and my husband. Told me I needed a whole new AC unit, lied to my warranty company and they denied the claim, then tried to scam me in to buying a new unit through his company. Called another company out and just needed a $20 part to fix. Scott is a fraud and no one should do business with them!

This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with. Firstly, the crew has no idea what they’re doing. Scott doesn’t want to answer his phone and help. And when he does actually answer, he tries to make you feel you stupid, when he’s wrong. His guys have had to come out multiple times to fix what they’ve messed up and still I keep finding more. They lied about the unit they installed, it’s not the brand they claimed it was. I had to have a whole other company come out to fix what they didn’t. Flipped our AC on for the first time the other day and after an hour or so realized that the system was not cooling. I got a recommendation from a neighbor to call Scott from State Heating. He came out and diagnosed our problem (An older unit with a seized compressor), quoted us a price on a new unit - which we thought was fair, and we got the new unit installed a day later!
