Scott is extremely combative. This company installed a new heat pump for us through our home warranty. There were many issues with it and we had them out just about 15 times to try to explain to us why the heat pump wasn't kicking in the secondary blower anymore with the new unit. Never got a really straight answer other than that's how it's supposed to work. Last night the breaker exploded and our house almost burned down (now and exaggeration please see pictures). Scott is totally unprofessional, demeaning, and rude. He lied to me, my home warranty company, and my husband. Told me I needed a whole new AC unit, lied to my warranty company and they denied the claim, then tried to scam me in to buying a new unit through his company. Called another company out and just needed a $20 part to fix. Scott is a fraud and no one should do business with them!

This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with. Firstly, the crew has no idea what they’re doing. Scott doesn’t want to answer his phone and help. And when he does actually answer, he tries to make you feel you stupid, when he’s wrong. His guys have had to come out multiple times to fix what they’ve messed up and still I keep finding more. They lied about the unit they installed, it’s not the brand they claimed it was. I had to have a whole other company come out to fix what they didn’t. They also put a hole in my gas line.... read more
