Scott is too lazy to check for a house number that is clearly visible on the attached garage. He sat in an unmarked truck at the end of my dead end road for 20 minutes and then marked the job complete for my home warranty service request. By reading these other reviews I've saved myself more frustrations it seems.

Scott came out and fixed my issue quickly and reasonably. I accidentally gave him more than requested and he honestly returned and gave me the correct change. It was a very positive experience
