State Fuel is a wonderful company to work with. The office staff are very pleasant and my heating oil is always delivered quite promptly after I place the order. I have also found pricing quite reasonable. I am so happy to be a customer of a company I can rely on!!
Great customer service and communication.
ALWAYS couteous and prompt, and the best prices I've found. Was with another company for about 15 years, but when I didn't need any oil one year, they told me they wouldn't take on a new customer. I'm glad. Would much rather deal with State Fuel!
The lady on the phone and the delivery folks are very nice to work with. We can always get through right away to schedule a delivery.
