Britney Leslie gave very unprofessional customer service.
I am shocked by how rude the lady I just exchanged with was. Bruce at Kimco is nicer and probably cheaper, too. Holy cow. So unnecessarily nasty and rude. I reached out to the Price location since the project is out in Scofield.
Ethan was great and very professional.
I asked to get my fire extinguisher tags updated and then they do the service without telling me they won't be able to update the tags. Then they charge me over $200 for a 15 minute job that I didn't approve of had I known they weren't going to put new tags on. I'm paying over $200 for basically nothing, and then I had to hire someone else on top of that to get the job done correctly. Not happy!
Said they won't certify my equipment and tried to up sale me, only to not have anything really done. Then had to pay another company to come do it. Still had to pay state fire for pretty much nothing.
