Norma Michihira of this office was very proactive in monitoring and resolving a billing issue we had with our earthquake insurance. Once the issue was brought to her attention she looked into it, told us what she would do and KEPT ON IT. We never had to nag at all. She just kept it in her sights and kept us informed of what she was doing, the current status, and what to expect next. Thank you, Norma!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Traci Hollander and her team. The closing process was incredibly frustrating, with constant delays and a lack of clear communication. Every time I reached out for updates, I either received no response or had to wait far too long for basic information. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness made this an unnecessarily stressful process. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient insurance experience.
