I have been a customer of this facility for years. Every time that I have a question or an issue every person that I have spoken with has taken the time to explain the facts to me so that I understand why the change was made. If I don't understand for example why my premium may have increased they take the time to explain it so that I understand. I also have to say how kind every person in the office is.
