I’ve been with Todd Powers State Farm for about 8 years now. I initially switched to them since they were offering a lower auto rate than my last company. The service from Todd’s office is fantastic, and I like that I can talk to the actual employees when I need to, rather than some random person at a call center. They’ve helped me with auto, renters, investments, and most recently my first home owners policy. They also helped with a few claims I’ve made over the years on my auto policy. Todd and his staff have been extremely helpful! Especially Erika, whom has been handling multiple policies for my home, vehicles and business. Having recent issues with a home claim, Erika assisted me and had it resolved the same day! Whenever I have policy questions, or am purchasing a new vehicle, or even starting my small business, they have been reliable.
I've had auto insurance with Todd Powers for years, but in our recent homebuying search they've been extremely helpful in getting our homeowners insurance figured out. The team isn't pushy trying to upselling a million little things, but working with us to make sure we have the right coverage for us. Gina, of note, has been a blessing to work with on this.
These are my people. If you need affordable car insurance, this is where you need to be. Personally, I interacted with Erika and I cannot say enough good things about our exchange. She was kind, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, and everything that you would expect from a person who cares about their customers in a genuine way. I’ve been using Todd Powers State Farm office for over 10 years. The best costumer service around, the whole team is great! I’ve even gotten personal phone calls to say “Congrats, your premium went down” love these guys!!
