Quite disappointed with Jone's team. I switched to their office a couple years ago because rates had gone up with my other company. They were friendly, but never remembered me when I walked into the office. Every six months my rates seemed to go up, even though I've not had any accidents or tickets in over a decade. Also, every time I called or messaged them, the response was delayed. Never once did anyone pick up the phone when I called. I always had to leave a message or wait a day for a return email.
