I have worked with Jenny on various situations and issues regarding car insurance. She has always been so helpful, courteous, and professional. I love that I can email her with an issue, and she is able to get right back to me. I don't have a lot of time between work and kids and she is always so prompt and genuine. Quite disappointed with Jone's team. I switched to their office a couple years ago because rates had gone up with my other company. They were friendly, but never remembered me when I walked into the office. Every six months my rates seemed to go up, even though I've not had any accidents or tickets in over a decade. Also, every time I called or messaged them, the response was delayed. Never once did anyone pick up the phone when I called. I always had to leave a message or wait a day for a return email. Jone is hands down the BEST insurance agent! Her and her team are very friendly and always helpful. I’ve been with her for over 10 years.
