Good guy. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. I ended up cutting my rates in half.
If you want mistakes, bad attitude, and a masterclass in unprofessionalism from the owner and office manager this is the State Farm agency is for you! Multiple small errors were made on my account, including a major one ! The owner and especially the office manager were downright rude when I tried to fix them. Two other staff were actually great, but I’ve moved on and would not recommend this office to anyone. It’s sad when it’s actually the leadership that fails their staff.
