I’m down grading this StateFarm provider to a 3 star. I’ve been a customer of StateFarm for 26 years. Their service has been outstanding until recently. I filed a claim for towing reimbursement in April of 2026, (a copy of towing receipt provided). On May 1, I received an email from Tim Crabtree StateFarm requesting documentation that included my VIN or license plate in the receipt. As I told them, unfortunately I don’t have this documentation.
