Didn't feel any value add from this State Farm agent. Felt Kathy simply collected my money and never looked out for me "as a good neighbor." I've had great agents in over the past 25+ years, unfortunately this is the only one I couldn't recommend to friends or family. Office staff has always been very pleasant to work with.
After moving to Texas I was hesitant to switch insurances since I had been with my previous company for 7 years. With the guidance I got from this office I felt comfortable and confident with my decision to switch and boy am I glad I did! They made me feel like family in the office and answered all my questions even helping me figure out payments. My prices even went down! I would highly recommend switching to this State Farm agency
