My son was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and our claim was handled by Amanda. She was very communicative throughout the entire process. As soon as information was available, she relayed it. Even if that was all there was to this event, I would still leave her a raving review. I was in a car accident in October of last year and the Mike Lewis State Farm claims department walked me through the entire process. Amanda was particularly helpful and very supportive throughout the process by providing check-ins and updates regularly, she was available via text, email, and calls (which was very handy for me) she also took time out of her day to help explain things to me until I had a crystal clear understanding of what was going on and what the next steps were. Jeff Hall is a rockstar agent! He personally came and rescued me on the side of the road. He filled my car with gas and followed me to the gas station to make sure I could safely get back on the road. He went the extra mile and really exemplifies what it means to be a good neighbor!
