Rude, condescending and poor service.
Disappointing I was a loyal customer for over 25 years, same agent the whole time. When Covid hit and my premium went up I asked and staff blamed Covid. I had roadside assistance, wife in the hospital and I’m trying to get to her and hour away. I need the roadside assistance guy they sent was useless, even told me need new tires when I had purchased the ones on the car months before. I finally told him to leave since he was not helping. I called Road side assistance again to get my car towed. They called me back said no one ... read more
Best thing that I could have done. Emma took care of things total of not even a day in total hours. Saving money and so much nicer dealing with a person. So happy with this decision and highly recommend 👏
I hated giving Mr Kane up as my agent, but moving across state lines required me to do so. I would highly recommend Dennis and his staff to anyone looking for coverage. They're great!
