I’ve been with statefarm… too long. I know I may find “cheaper” rates (or who knows nowadays) but I will not get the great service, kindness no where else. I’m always calling asking questions regarding my different policies and always get answers on the phone or email. I love the app! I mainly get in contact with Mayra, she’s great! I recently worked with Eun Jun at David Chacon's office to update my homeowners insurance to reflect changes in home security (which is a surprisingly great deal). Eun was not only incredibly helpful on that front, but also alerted me to savings I could claim due to recent upgrades to our plumbing, electrical and heating. It ended up saving my family a bundle, which is particularly great nowadays! Many thanks to Eun and the rest of David's State Farm team!
Had a great experience working with David and Veronica at State Farm on our Homeowners Insurance. We've been with them for years and they've helped us navigate changes in ownership, updates to the policy quickly and efficiently. They're also very transparent about everything. Recently since State Farm can't sell homeowners in CA anymore they helped us find a new provider jumping on multiple calls and giving advice on what to look out for. Really appreciate the honest and supportive guidance from this agent!
