I would never use State Farm Insurance worse customer service EVER. They made me go to Jinkins Auto Collision body shop; I only went to this shop because State Farm made me go there. This has been a veery bad experience, they don't communicate at All. I got my Truck back last Thursday (6/26/25) Nobody was there to go over the repairs with me, they just gave me my key and signed papers and left. Really slow 🐌 I don't know when I will get results
My car needs to be in an auto body for a week getting fixed and I just found out I'm not covered for a rental. I thought with full coverage they would figure something out for me. After being with them for five years they were unwilling to go the extra mile and help me find an alternative. They just kept sending me back and forth between claims and coverage.
My claim was handled professionally and correctly without any problems. I was met at the auto repair shop by a rental car. My agent took the time on the day that I started my policy to explain to me that full coverage was not just comprehensive and collision.
