It has been a month since I filed a claim, no response, no follow up, communication is bad, you don't get to talk to a live person, only recording and no one call you back. Overall I am very disappointed on how they handled thing.
I was hit at a stop sign, took them 2 weeks to even speak with their driver to admit fault. Lacked communication as they never called me I only spoke with them when I called, whole experience awful. Wouldn't and won't ever hold a policy with state farm, sure hope I don't get hit by another driver who has them for insurance.
