I have been giving the run around by State farm left without a vehicle and I can't even get my payment after their client ran into me. I was injured in the accident didn't try to sue and all I wanted was a new vehicle and a way to work. Turns out they are taking away the rental before I'm even getting my payment to find a new vehicle which is going to leave me in a bind. Thanks State farm I really appreciate you ruining my life and having clients that can't drive
Tommie Cantu is incredibly rude and the worst agent I’ve dealt with. Giggling and laughing in my face when my vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident were their client got my insurance and left me in the middle of the road with a crashed car. She tried to critique my driving saying “maybe if you slowed down or hit the brake” hung up on her so fast. Worst insurance company ever. Thank god they aren’t my insurance company.
If you get "Claims Specialist" Ashley Pelletier. You are in for a run. She we ignore all your questions and hang up in your face. No information, No help, Just "your call is totaled." Honestly a joke.
State Farm's claim department is terrible. Reps are hard to get ahold of. Lot of confusion. And the online app doesn't give you any information regarding your claim or insurance policy either.
