Highly incompetent workers who make lots of errors but act as though they are definitely right. I just caught an $8000 error and the auditor refused to admit that he had made it, even though he did ultimately change his numbers. I work for over 50 companies with many different worker's compensation insurers and state fund audits take **** times longer than any other audit; they also always come out in the company's favor, no matter the situation. Unfortunately the workers who work there are very unorganized, they kept telling me to call if i have a questions, and might sound nice and polite, but once you actually call and try to talk to someone they never get back you/answer your questions, communication is just horrible, weather it is email, or a voicemail And they kept saying because they are training other people, well the person who trains need to get trained on communication, especially when dealing with such a touchy subject. State fund insurance are the rudest people and has unfair business practices and when you call them they say they make up their own rules and change 1099 in to payroll and when you call them on it they curse at you and tell you to F*** off if you don’t like it that’s to bad that’s the way it is and their auditors don’t have a clue about construction just a bunch of idiots who write down no notes and make up stuff as they want I would not recommend this company to anybody they are crooks and target Hispanic companies so they ... read more
