They gave me a second estimated completion date, which once again came and went without any notice. Had to call them yet again to ask what was up.

0 Star : My Experience The estimate listed Honda OEM exhaust parts and muffler. Aftermarket mufflers were installed without asking me first. The mufflers make it sound like a construction truck. I am filling a complaint with Nationwide, I should have went to my regular Auto body shop instead of using Nationwide preferred. Was a big mistake.
5 Star : My Experience Marvin went over what hey did to fix my Jeep and he called me the day before and told me I could come over and get it that day or if I would mind if he took the Jeep home and ran a test run and make sure everything was working properly. I told him that would be fine.
