Customer service is still important to some of us nowadays. This crew is on point. Helpful and knowledgeable. Having a barbershop in Lander means ordering what I need. Sure, I could use Amazon just as easy, but those online stores can't answer my questions or give professional advice on product. Always happy to help weather in store or on the phone. A+
The girls at Beaches (especially our outside sales rep Sarah) go above and beyond when calling in an order or stopping in for one. Sarah makes sure we're on her list of stops, even when we don't need anything for several stops in a row. They always include TONS of samples, no matter the order size. I mean, how else are you going to try new things and know if you like them or not. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! I just wish they carried Goldwell USA since Cosmoprof is no longer operating in our area.
What happened? So I used to love this store and the people but lately it seems like a turnover of new girls pushing for a sale, since the prices are now the same I just order from Amazon instead.
