Never done business with this company but a credit line was opened in my name with my information. Credit hit and fraud investigation had to be started with Wells Fargo.

Called for a second opinion diagnose. (My 10-year-old carrier air conditioning is still running fine but somebody else recommend a 2500 buck's repair during annual inspection...) They send someone to my house same day I called to check everything and informed me no issues on the air conditioning at all. Customer service people on the phone are really nice( Help to first check if warranty is still available, Give me tip on when to replace air conditioning...) Will recommend them to friends and family

We are very pleased with our new HVAC system sold and installed by State Automatic in Batavia,IL. Our quote was competitive; they were adaptable to our needs; the installation was quick and efficient. All the State Automatic people are nice, attentive: good people.

To say they were professional would be an understatement. I delt with another company a few years ago to have a basic service done and that company botched the basic service to the point that when I complained to their office they refunded my payment.
