I'm revising my original review. I purchased a heating and a/c unit in fall of 2022 and the a/c never worked properly. After multiple attempts of repairing my unit was still was not working properly. Fast forward Kathy contacted me because I had given a bad review and she wanted to know how to make it right. She sent someone out to my home to assess the problem. What they found was the original unit had been damaged upon delivery and they repaired the unit and have been checking constantly on me to make sure that it's workin... read more
