I'm revising my original review. I purchased a heating and a/c unit in fall of 2022 and the a/c never worked properly. After multiple attempts of repairing my unit was still was not working properly. Fast forward Kathy contacted me because I had given a bad review and she wanted to know how to make it right. She sent someone out to my home to assess the problem.
