Took a min to get back. But dr a was prompt and very accommodating.
I received excellent care at Stat Med Urgent Care in Pleasant Hill/Concord today. I called ahead and my call was answered promptly and my questions were answered. Upon arrival, I was greeted my 2 very friendly front desk personnel, who assisted me with the online registration process, which was very efficient. I loved the PA, Connie, who helped drain an absess, then the office emailed Rx's to the pharmacy. The MA who cleaned the wound and bandaged it for me, was very professional and sweet.
