Wow. The only one who ever showed up timely and with compassion was the physical therapist, who was superb and deserves 5 stars. The social worker showed up once, then forgot us thereafter and never even called. The nurse spent as little time as possible in the visit. Never heard from a chaplain, even though one was requested and both social work and chaplain are listed as services offered. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not recommend the palliative program.
Unfortunately I can’t give this company zero stars! I was extremely dissatisfied with the services I received before I terminated it. Lack of professionalism is an understatement!!
