As a long-standing patient of the office, I have experienced dismissive, patronizing, & even arrogant behavior from Dr. Stasior.For over a year, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue—a growth on my eye—that has caused me considerable discomfort. Arrived on time for visit on 12/15/23. Had my father all prepped for his surgery when the surgeon came in explained that my father didn’t have all his medication as prescribed. Started yelling at me in front of other patients and staff telling me that I was incompetent. I asked him nicely not to speak to me with that tone once I did he screamed at me even louder and refused to listen or do the surgery. My experience with Dr. Stasior and his staff could not have been better. He thoroughly explained the procedure and aftercare in a calm, reassuring manner. The surgery was successful and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I saw Dr. Stasior several times for follow-up care and he was consistently kind, courteous and answered my many questions patiently and accurately. When my eyes are at stake, I want the most experienced, knowledgeable eye surgeon available and, for me, Dr. Stasior was that doctor.

As others have shared, I too experienced a pompous, arrogant, and condescending attitude from this doctor. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Ultherapy: Once I found out that Stasior did not publish before-and-after photos, and since there are no reviews of his work, I decided to cancel my appointment until I knew more about his track record, but his assistant told me to come in anyway to have a discussion. He was not interested in a discussion, he reminded me at that point that I was 3 minutes late, glared at me and wanted to get started. I have been seeing him for routine eye exams and special exams surrounding my autoimmune disorder a little over two years. He did some minor surgery today and was gentle, kind and skillful. He even walked me out to make my appointment. Sometimes he runs late but he is taking his time with us so I’m grateful and willing to wait! Best eye a doctor ever!

I have been to Dr Stasior several times in the last few years and always been completely satisfied with his care and that of his staff. I have never found any of them to be rude and he has never been late for any appointments I’ve had. I was extremely happy with the surgery he performed and all other eye care needs.

I have seen Dr. Stasior for cataract surgery for both eyes. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Other than an unfriendly tech whom no longer works there, I have found the staff to be pleasant and professional. I do think the office could use more staff and the wait time can be more than 30 minutes though. But, my eyesight was restored to near perfection and every test was explained beforehand as well as results. I would recommend this practice. Dr. Stasior is knowledgable and a pleasant eye doctor.
