This location is inside the fortune house hotel and is excellent. The lobby itself is so nice and neat and the luggage drop off is just as if you were leaving luggage with the hotel itself for an early arrival or late departure. Used it to go to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens for about 3 hours before my flight out of Miami. I picked my luggage back up on my way out and was able to do some slight rearranging while sitting on the lobby sofa. Quick drop off and quick retrieval with no complaints.
The location was perfect for us and the young lady was very nice and helpful
