Employees on 2/3/2026 passing the ashley phosphate exit at 3:30 pm driving your van sped to a full stop in traffic and cut me off while i was slowing down. I got back in front of them and they proceeded to drive dangerously in traffic weaving in and out. Is this how you run a business ? Who's items are in that van while youre whipping it like that ? Ill be contacting corporate with the video recorded.
A shady deal…do not under any circumstances deal with them. They delivered an antique piece after it was stored in a so-called climate controlled environment, and it was both water-stained and broken in actual pieces. When complained, they told me I had said I knew it was broken when I asked for it to be delivered, then called me a liar when I denied it. Unethical, unprofessional, untrustworthy, and virtually invisible to the client.
Don’t use them. Their service and response were horrible. They were late picking up our things initially and didn’t meet our scheduled appointment. Turned out they moved our pickup date without telling us and my daughter missed her flight home as a result. We had similar issues with our delivery at the end of summer. Took days to get a response back about scheduling delivery. Then they showed up and didn’t bring everything so it took days longer. I have been trying for MONTHS to have my stored items delivered but cannot reach by phone. I have scheduled drop offs only for them to be mysteriously cancelled. They increased their prices as well. Do not use this company, appears to be a scam at the worst or bad business at the least
Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been calling them nonstop and leaving dozens of voicemails for 8 MONTHS regarding my TV that was NEVER delivered. So ridiculous... I was a loyal customer for 3 years and now I am going to the police. DO NOT USE STASH STORAGE.
