Parking lot is and has been treacherous. In all kinds of weather/every season. Very poor maintenance, if at all. Even with multiple reports of trip hazards, unsafe walking surfaces, no handicapped accessibly, non existent outside lighting, pot holes over six inches in depth in the northern parking area - in increasing quantities... The list goes on and on. The businesses that rent from the realtor aren't to blame... It's a well known fact/constant from the realtor and their properties as a whole.
