My husband and I purchased 2 BMW's from Starwest in the same month. We originally thought everything was great and the service was great. My BMW came with a 5,000km warranty and 8 days into owning it there was a big bang, huge smell of electrical burning, and an awful sound. I contacted the dealership right away and they sent my car to the German Car Specialist for a mechanical check up.
