I would like to know why they charged me so much for 2 minutes $11. Are they stealing or the machine is in bad condition, or are they charging a large surcharge for using the debit card, what's going on? I need an answer?
Seems the price increases every time I come back but why does it always charge me about $2 more when using a card - I chose the $8 wash and was charged over $10. I always forget to check if the amount changes to the correct amount… does it? Why can’t it just charge me the correct amount initially?
