movers were polite, they were dreadfully un trained. They brought no straps causing furniture to shift and bounce in transit. Most furniture has scrapes and gouges. Most devastating is the young men carried a 48 inch round marble tabletop horizontally instead of vertically.Any trained mover knows that. The marble cracked under it's own weight and is now in two pieces. Also cracked a five sided beveled glass table top into a dozen pieces. My needs were exceeded! A+! – The initial booking went well. The communication from the booking agent to the correct office was poor. The Pasadena office never called me back as promised to set certain information for the move. The best part of my experience was the movers. Extremely proffessional, hard working and went all out to see that my needs were met and exceeded. They're A+ in my book.

Just wanted to say that the 2 movers we had were very hard workers and did a great job. You guys are lucky to get good workers like this. Ive used you guys a few times now and always had a good experience. It also helps make it better if we are prepared when you guys show up!

I would reccommend Starving Students anyone! Also, with all the add ons I had, my move was still less costly than my kids, who were moved by another company! I hope your company treats the movers to an occasional massage, because they deserve it! They work very hard and so efficiently. This is the first moving experience that was pleasant! If I move again, I will call your company.
