The move ended up costing a lot more than expected. I used their services in 2023. For my move they allocated contractors from another city far from our place. It took them 2.5 hours to drive back and forth and those were billable hours. Their contractors did a good job, but I would hire someone closer if I knew. Didn't realize starving students is just an integrator, and a bad one. Sales are nice and friendly but once you paid them money, they don't care anymore.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had using paid movers. When the movers arrived, the foreman immediately started complaining that I had too much stuff and that it was a 3 man job. Eventually he told me to call “his boss” and ask for a third person. I spoke to her and authorized it, and she spoke to the foreman, but then nothing happened with it. I moved from LA to phoenix. The move went well and I was pleased with no issues. The weather was horrible and I felt sorry for the guys. Barb

Overall this company was very easy to work for. I actually used them to move me cross country few months back. Nothing was damaged.
