Working with Nana and this property management company has been a nightmare. They gave me an incomplete lease agreement with missing information and took zero accountability when the error was discovered—after my lease had already ended. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they contacted my wife (who is not on the lease) and shared private leasing information to try and pressure me into re-signing a corrected lease.
