Nana is really bad. She makes mistakes and then blames others.
Nana has been terrible to work with. Takes no accountability for issues that occurred from her end. This leasing management company gave me an incomplete leasing agreement to sign. The document had missing information. After my lease was up they noticed there was missing information and called my wife who is not on the lease and disclosed private information to try and get me to sign the lease agreement again because they had messed up.
