I've been sitting on writing this review for a while, so bear with me as we see where it goes. From the star rating, you can infer I am quite satisfied with my experience at the gym. Let me unpack it. This is a facility dedicated to the Starting Strength program of barbell weightlifting developed by Mark Rippetoe. Hell of a facility and equipment, staff was great, treated me like a regular despite just passing through. Will be a stop anytime I pass through Tulsa.
My son said he found a gym that guaranteed your Grandma (or in this case mom) could get off the toilet by herself. I am way past that and Christine has been so kind and patient! Love it 💙
