I LOVE STARTING STRENGTH! I am 56 years old and my primary doctor has been pushing for me to do more strength training rather than cardio. I was lifting weights at the gym, but my back was getting super sore and injured. At Starting Strength, the coaches take their time to show you the correct form so you don't injure yourself. My back has not hurt in 2 weeks, which is a miracle as I have had extreme back pain for over 5 years. I had heard so many great things about this gym, and honestly, it lived up to every single expectation. I’ve been going for a little over a month now, and I’m not usually someone who gets excited about exercising, but Starting Strength’s tailored approach and the culture here keep me coming back every time and actually looking forward to my workouts. I totally recommend this gym to anyone who’s serious about gaining strength and a great community!
