I started here about three weeks ago, and I can definitely tell you that the process works. The coaches are very knowledgeable and they are with you every step of the way, in every workout you do. Camisha rocks !!
Highly recommend this Gym to anyone looking for an effective way to increase their strength. In 5 months, I could improve my deadlift capacity from 100lbs to 250lbs. Coaches are awesome and tailor your training to fit your needs and progress. They keep you motivated to get the best out of your abilities.
Starting Strength Gym gave me confidence and improved my stability. I am able to Rack Pull lift 100lbs and I am 82 yrs old. My coaches are really good at training me slowly to gain strength. I highly recommend everyone to join this.
