My husband came by today and was excited to see Sourdough Bread, SGD 18 a loaf! When I reached, tried to slice it, it was so sticky, not like a bread at all, it's more like some Nyonya Kueh and my knife had the dough all over. Is this a Fake Bread or what? Hubby told me the person who sold the bread refused to slice, said that the bread will be dry. I believe they already knew the bread had problem so did not want to slice to cover up, even if they sliced, the bread would stick all the slicer blade. Worse still, my hubby had... read more
