The service staff allow a mother of two taking more than three small tables in the cafe. Another group of five youths is using two areas to mingle and talk. basically, both groups use the almost entire cafe. When I asked where can I sit, the staff pointed to me to sit outside. Apparently the service staff do not know how to manage their customers and allow them to occupy the whole cafe.
Quality food no doubt but not wow enough to wait in line or drive from the west to patronise again. Asked for a paper bag so that i can carry my takeaway items properly which told that i have to pay them an additional 50cents. Total experience is not worth for the price paid. It will my first and last time in Starter Lab.

Awesome selection of really creative and tasty toast for breakfast - the mascarpone toast is the bomb! Will definitely return :)
bread was fresh but average, our homemade sourdough taste better. the customer service was good but food or sandwich takes a long time, i waited for 30 mins until my tea is cold. prices are high, the pork belly sandwich we had was $24. i would tell others not to come, its no big deal
