We found Carpet Connoisseurs years ago through Diamond Certified and we've never looked for another carpet cleaner. Scott does a wonderful job on our carpet, tile and upholstery. He's removed stains left behind by anything we could spill, grind in and/or cover up including crayons, juice, red wine, coffee and hot chocolate. Recently we added pet stains to our list of problems but it wasn't a problem for Scott, the stains were removed and the carpet sanitized.
