We have been with this office for almost 2 years. We missed an appt this past week. Long story short, we called & rescheduled this appt a week ago due to being out of town. We have 4 children. We have always thought this was a nice practice & have loved our experience up until we get a letter in the mail telling us they "dropped" us as patients due to the "missed appt" this past week..... I am shocked! A fee? A "we show this appt was never changed accurately" something.... no... they just send a letter that they are dropping... read more

I've known Dr. Gondol for more than 8 years, my son Xavier was a preemie and we were recommended Dr. Gondol the day he was born which was a gift from above because he needed extra care and as 1st time parents, so did we. Doctor Gondol has been so helpful throughout and even though our new insurance doesn't cover her, if we're ever in a pickle we will absolutely without a shadow of a doubt pay out of pocket to see her. I’ve been going here for about 9 years. Dr Gondol cares about her patients and she’s good at what she does. My kids love her. She stays up to date and current on medical concerns and answers all my questions. She tells me what I need to know to provide the best care for my two kiddos. I trust her completely.
We absolutely love Dr. Gondol! She met with us before our baby was born and has been nothing by extraordinary with the care of our newborn! We have been able to get an appointment same day when we were stressed out about our little mans umbilical hernia. The office staff is awesome and always pleasant! Starside Pediatrics was my home for over two years. I miss working there tremendously, and would recommend both Dr. Gondol and Dr. Hsu to anyone wanting compassionate pediatricians who truly care! The nurses are caring as well, and the office strives to be as flexible as possible, while still maintaining enough time to give each patient the one-on-one time people have come to love and expect from Starside. This will always be my recommended pediatric clinic for anyone who wants quality care with a warm atmosphere!
Dr. Hsu has been our pediatrician since we moved to Texas from Arkansas with the exception of a few months when I thought I’d try someone else. What a mistake that was - there’s no one better than her! The office staff is attentive and easy to work with. I’ve never had a problem with the office and look forward to taking my three boys for years to come.
