Edit: I got in touch with management and they were fast and helpful. I was refunded and they advised they would speak with their team to avoid this. Besides it being hard to get workers attention when picking up orders. A more pressing issue has presented itself that is far too concerning. I do not eat seafood bc of allergy reasons. I am so glad I drove out of my way to try these bagels, wow, easily best bagels I’ve ever had! Veggie shmear + cucumber on an everything bagel yummmmm. Highly recommend!
Love the spreads they have. Staff is friendly. Reach early they finish fast.
Unfortunately, the supernova lox bagel slapped and I live far too close so will be fighting for my life to not come grab this every morning. No notes.
Perfect chew, best Lox in town. Really.
