I will never order from a Stars and Stripes again. I ordered through Grubhub on Tuesday night and after waiting over an hour I called to check up on my order, the lady was nice and told me it was on its way. Not even 10 minutes later I received a call (can't remember the name, assuming a manager) stating in a firm voice that if I ever order from this location again my food will not be delivered. Horrible Customer Service!!! What’s the point of placing an online order 2 hours in advance if you still have to wait and additional 25 minutes at the store to get your pizza! What was their excuse? We had a large order!? I will never step foot in this place again!!!!!

Hands down the worst pizza place in Edmond as far as customer service goes. I ordered a pizza around 5pm an hour later still no pizza. Called to ask about it and the man put me on hold and acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up, this happend twice. Called back with a different number and they could "hear" me. Great pizza at an affordable price. It’s what I would call a local pizzeria like back in the day. I grew up with a mom and pop pizzeria so to say you are as good as Gizomo’s in the old neighborhood is saying something!!! Glad I stumbled onto your site! Five out of five stars from me!

The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. Hospitality was an A+ and it was ready for pickup in less than 15mins. Definitely a repeat customer now.
I just got my small veggie pizza and wings delivered to my house. So very disappointed in all of it. I checked the box for a no contract delivery and the guy stands outside bangs on my door and rings my doorbell and when I open my door, he said he won’t get paid unless I sign his paper. I get the pizza and there is a ton of cheese and very little veggies. I open the wings and they are tiny and burnt. I ate half a wing and one slice of pizza and so disappointed. I’ve ordered before and it was good. So so disappointed.
