I visited the Vision in Cedar Hill today. I was very impressed with the service i recieved. The Dr. was very helpful in making sure I got the right contacts. She also told me what to expect my vision would be while waring contacts. the staff was also very helpful. The office manager was realy cool she made me feel very comfortable. I recomend Vision City Cedar Hill.

Today, I arrived onsite at the Vision City store, right off I67 and was helped as soon as I walked in the door.. Jared rocks! I was onsite because I needed to order a replacement pair of computer glasses for my mother. Jared met me at the front counter and immediately began to see to all my needs with a smile on his face! He was friendly, polite, and professional!How refreshing! I definitely recommend this location and Jared!

stay away from this office - their doctors do an awful job - and then when you realize that their doctor wrote the prescription wrong - they dont care - 30% discount to get new lenses; when it was their doctors fault to begin with - they should fix them at no charge.

My husband and I have been going to this place a couple years now. We originally went just to buy glasses and were SOOOOO impressed on how knowledgeable and well-treated we were, specifically by Angela Neal. For this reason, we have continued to go and would recommend anyone who needs glasses to come here! Angela does everything in her power to get the best deal for the best glasses/sunglasses. The best online shopping experience I've had. Hilary's customer focus is amazing. She shipped the glasses I couldn't find ANYWHERE else via FedEx at no extra charge to ensure I'd have them in time for my holiday. She included a handwritten note and followed up several times to ensure I had received them and liked them. Truly outstanding!

DO NOT USE! My daughter needed prescription refill for contacts. Had just been to Dr. in Jan for eye exam and glasses etc. Already has prescription for contacts. I was told she had to come in and pay FULL PRICE AGAIN for fitting on contacts and then the prescription would only be good for 6 months instead o fthe standard year. I asked to talk to the Dr. but Dr. Wise refuses to call me back. His office people called me and were ZERO help....I asked again for to talk to the Dr. and they said he would not! Great Service at a Great Price – We are new to the area and didn't know where to start on finding affordable eye care. I received a 50% coupon in the mail to Vision City and decided to use it. I got a COMPLETE eye examine for $59.00. They were prompt and courteous. I did get a prescription and decided to check their prices with Target, Costco and LensCrafters. Vision City was very competitive with all of them!

Made apponitment for before they were open! – The Drs were great, the entire experience was great, EXCEPT - they made me an appontment for 8:15 and they didn't open untill 8:30, and trhen the girl at the desk LIED to me and said the doors were unlocked when they were not!!!!
