I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They treated customers with no respect and had a very bad attitude. I would not recommend this workshop to anyone. Customer service needs significant improvement. They insist on cash payments only and refuse to accept debit or credit cards. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional.
Their conduct was downright unacceptable. They weren’t just rude — they were hostile. No one with a car problem deserves to walk into a place where the first thing they do is interrogate you like you’re guilty of something: Who sent you? How do you know us? What do you want?Their prices are absurdly inflated, and their arrogant, condescending attitude is unbelievable for a business that claims years of experience. This wasn’t bad service — it was disrespect at its worst.
