Impressed! My elderly mother has Dr. J.Starr, Jr. DO/ Sims Physicians / Starr Inpatient Medical Services for her doctor and I am impressed with the care, thoroughness and friendliness of him and his staff. (LPN here with long term care experience... and not easily impressed.)
