Best hair salon in Los Angeles I have been everywhere for my hair. Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and West Hollywood. I was a bit scared to try this place beacuse the prices were well nothing compared to the other places I have been. I was blown away to find out that Andrea Auman and Karen Milne the owners both cam from that high end back ground and didn't want to return to that. I got Blown Out too! After reading many good reviews from insiderpages I decided to try it out. I got a cut from Kimberly. She took the time to cut my hair and blow dry it. Normally I go to Asian places where they have a hard time understanding what I want because they never fix my hair right. Is it that hard to understand "take a inch off". Here I came out actually loving my hair cut. She even gave me easy tips on taking care of my hair at home. I would recommend giving this place a try. PROS: Service CONS: None
Fantastic! you guys are the best, I love my hair.... Not only does my color look the best it has in a long time but Andrea fixed the problem before she recolored it. And Chris gave me such a unique haircut too. I will have such a Happy Holiday now, thank you!!!! (who would have thought bad hair would make you feel so awful?)
Love My Hair! This weekend I found reviews for Starr House on Insider Pages and decided to give it a try based on what I read. I was treated like a "star" and left with the best color and cut I think I have ever had. Andrea was all she is said to be and more, we had a really interesting conversation and Chris"updated" my style, my family love my new look and I will definately be letting my friends in on my new find! Great Place I have been getting my hair cut and the occasional color with Connie for about 9 years when the salon was called the Arrangement. I love Connie as she is the best with curly hair. You will not be dissappointed.
Kimberly from Blow Out Rocks!!! I found Starr House on this site read the reviews and was going to make an appointment with Andrea and Chris. I couldn't get in with them at a time that worked for me and was told that Andrea can take 3 times as many clients as Chris and they have hired a new master cutter. I made an appointment with Andrea and Kimberly and found the 2 nicest and most knowable women that do amazing color and cuts I have ever found. 1st Class Salon After losing my stylist of 11 years, I was unsuccessful in finding the right replacement. In my journey to find a replacement, I finally settled for a just ok replacement recommended by a friend. After 6 months, my new stylist goes on medical leave and once again I'm left looking for another replacement. I decided to go online in search for a new salon. Not worth the price Andrea spent maybe 5 minutes tops with me and in the end it looked like color I could get out of a box. I sat in her chair for over an hour and she never even came to check the result. It was wayyy too pricey for the end result. Chris cut my hair three times and the first cut was great, the second was okay and the third was not good at all. I was bummed because he did such a great job the first time. Too inconsistent for the price :(
