Great Experience all round I went to Starr House after reading a write up in Pasadena Starr News about the owners coming here from Washington DC. I needed to find a new colorist and had read that Andrea was "best colorist in DC" Indeed, she made my hair look like it did in my high school years, it was so natural and beautiful. I had a consultation with her cutter and later went back for a haircut.
