My husband and I have several rental properties which we've entrusted to StarPointe for their management. They have great practices that protect both the property owner and the tenant. Their portal is easy to use to track communication about the properties and easily dig up receipts and current leases. Suzy and Lynn are spot-on and respond quickly to any questions.
Do not hire this Company to Manage your rental property. The manager and office staff do not keep you informed. There was an issue, the Tenant had Service or Emotional dogs and the Starpointe manager told me that they were not required by Federal Law to inform the owner because that was confidential Information. The Landlord need to be informed.
Great company to work with. Anthony is a nice guy.
