Boss is rude, and talks inappropriate and down to females. Doesn't care about your family or safety during emergencies (snow). Do not work here
Terrible service, terrible boss, okay employees, overall would give no stars if possible
If I could give zero stars for my experience here I would. My wife and I moved from St. Louis to the RTP and rented space here through UHAUL. When we arrived with the truck, we were told the space we rented didn't actually exist, but that they could offer smaller non-climate controlled spaces for 50% more. Thank goodness Extra Space Storage was built .25 miles away and had space.
