It’s really sad that they can’t ever keep their stock up. I’m a professional that has a business that relies on hard wax every time I talk to somebody. I.e. my rep it’s like she could just absolutely tear less. I’m gonna have to leave this company and go somewhere else because they just can’t keep wax in stock or they only give me the 2.2 pound bags and I have to pay more to get to 60 pounds probably never going back. I absolutely recommend Starpil not only for products but also customer service. When my heater (half of it) stopped working they send me a new one. I just had to send them the video of what happened. The repleaced one works amazing and. Thank you Starpil.
This is definitely not good wax at all. the reviews were very deceiving. The wax doesn't even apply to the skin correctly. Waisted alot of money on bag I cannot even use. highly do not recommend.
