I absolutely recommend Starpil not only for products but also customer service. When my heater (half of it) stopped working they send me a new one. I just had to send them the video of what happened. The repleaced one works amazing and. Thank you Starpil.
This is definitely not good wax at all. the reviews were very deceiving. The wax doesn't even apply to the skin correctly. Waisted alot of money on bag I cannot even use. highly do not recommend.
