Absolutely WORST place to live in Hampton. No property management on site, mold everywhere, leaking pipes, laundry facility inoperable, trash everywhere. My child and I are sick from mold exposure. Zero correspondence and From property manager, corporate or investors. Rent increase by $300+ they charge utilities that’s rolled into the rent. Lack of working amenities. I’ve been without water, power and peace. They truly deserve a zero
