BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I wish I could give them -5 stars. This place is one of the biggest scammers for cars I have ever been in contact with. Unfortunately, I traded my car in for a car through Starmax back in 2013. My car still had a loan on it when I traded it in. Starmax NEVER PAID OFF THE trade in but definitely added the difference in to my new loan. Now i'm getting sued for almost $10,000, because when they repossessed the car it was still in my name. Said they got an approval for a loan and we did not hear back from them for 2 days. The weirdest thing ever. I think they collect peoples information. I had to send them my entire life and never heard back from them. I will be putting an alert on my credit to protect it. This place is nonprofessional and very fishy. We will buy a car elsewhere. They wasted 3 total days of our time. Bad customer service from Theo and Lu. I do not recommend buying a car or even trying to buy a car from these idiots.
Kevin was very patient and explained everything well, took his time with me and made sure I left with a car I loved! Great customer service! Don't regret walking into Starmax Finance!

The worst car dealer by far these people are crooked thieves and heartless when I was purchasing my car I watched them repo a woman's car over a technical address error 6 months later they repo my car over due to one late payment ! Do not trust this car dealer they make you pay high down payment and then make you pay high first payments then they watch for your 1st mistake and send someone to watch follow you and repo your car and you lose everything !
